Meet Our Team
Allen Vaughan
Managing Director
With a background spanning over 35 years in the foundry and manufacturing industry, Allen has extensive experience as a foundry and heat treatment metallurgist. He was previously Co-owner and Operations Manager of Vaughan Castings – the largest manufacturer of Mill Liners in Australia during his time as Operations Manager.
Well known in the Chinese foundry industry, Allen has been responsible for helping establish a number of world class foundries in China. He has also developed a unique audit system, for monitoring compliance across all Castech projects.
Stojan Lemut
Senior Project Manager
Stojan has extensive knowledge in spectrometers for material analysis and has been a NATA signatory in previous roles. He also has experience in ISO 9001 quality systems and Laboratory Quality Control.
Stojan commenced with Castech Solution in 2010 and has successfully managed major projects for clients such as Downer Rail Perth, Sydney Passenger Rail, Downer, UGL Locomotive builds, Caterpillar UG builds and Newcrest Mining.
Bill Wu
Supplier Quality Manager (sqm)
Bill commenced with Castech in 2006 and is a qualified Foundry Engineer. He trained at Tsinghua University and has an internationally recognised qualification in NDT. Bill has been trained in ISO9001 quality systems and quality auditing and is fluent in English.
